Throughout the North West many developers are working to covert existing buildings into either offices or commercial units. These conversions utilise the character of the property and compliment existing structures
MMP work with prospective clients to ensure that the right building is selected and the development is sympathetic to the existing structure. In addition listed buildings may often be selected that are covered by much stricter planning and development regulations and require greater support from the MMP team.
